Return Policy

Returns must be authorized by Offshore Wake using a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. You are responsible for shipping (including the cost and tracking) the item(s) back to our facility. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We will refund the amount paid LESS a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date.

We charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns that do not meet the requirements for a full refund. Generally speaking, if the item in its original packaging cannot be put back on the store shelf as you received it, a restocking fee will be charged or the return may be rejected and sent back to you. ADDITIONALLY, items that are returned due to no fault of Offshore Wake will be subject to a restocking fee. Any manufacturer warranty returns are handled as a courtesy and shipping must be paid by the customer. Orders that receive free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee unless the return is due to an Offshore Wake shipping error.

Electrical Parts, Propellers and Service Manuals are NOT refundable if opened or used. NO EXCEPTIONS! We may refuse to accept returns for worn or used items.

If you return an item that has been used, damaged, tried, dirty, worn, or damaged packaging, you will NOT receive a full refund LESS the 15% restocking fee. We need to be able to resell the item as ‘like new’ as you received it. If we have to discount the reselling item, an additional deduction will be taken from the refund.

Returns MUST include the RMA number with your name and item number.

Refunds for returns are normally issued within 3-5 business days from delivery to our facility. Please allow additional time during the holidays.

INCORRECT ITEM SHIPPED - Offshore Wake sent wrong item:

If the customer received an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part, no extra charges will be incurred. Offshore Wake will ship out a replacement item immediately along with e-mailing or messaging the customer with a return shipping label. Offshore Wake asks that the customer return the first item and inform Offshore Wake of shipping as quickly as possible.


Step 1:
Evaluate the product. All returns MUST BE in the same condition as it was sent and in resale-able condition Electrical parts, propellers and service manuals are not returnable if installed, tried or opened, no exceptions. If an item is returned that has been used, tried, damaged, dirty, or damaged packaging, the customer will NOT receive credit. Please do not return broken items and expect a full refund. If the item must be discounted to re-sell it, the customer will be charged an additional fee.

Step 2:
Enclose a copy of your packing list or invoice with your RMA number. This information should include the full name, product's item number and order number along with detailed return/exchange instructions and the product for return/exchange.

Step 3:
Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. The customer can use the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping. International customers should mark item as “return, gift, or exchange” so as not to incur additional duty or taxes.

Step 4:
Timeline for credit is usually issued within 3-5 business days of receipt of the item to our facility. This timeline increases during the holidays.
